COVID-19 UPDATE

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the current worldwide Covid-19 pandemic delays may occur on the final delivery of your order. Please allow some extra time for the parcel to be handed to the domestic postal service of your country (e.g. USPS) as social distancing measures are implemented and such facilities are running at limited capacity for the safety of everyone involved.

Please note that the tracking numbers provided may take longer than usual to update and on occasion may only update once they arrive to the final destination for final delivery.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to process. Please be sure to add this processing time to your shipping estimates.

Once your order has been marked as shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. The below are estimated time frames and are in effect once the tracking is accepted. Orders that have been shipped and have tracking numbers provided will not be eligible for any modifications. Please note personalizations(ie. custom dog harness) such as custom names and phone numbers on labels will typically require an estimated 15-20 days to deliver.

I ordered multiple items but I have only received one/some of them. Why?

If you ordered multiple items from us, it is likely that the goods will be shipped in several packages from different centers and different countries. We have warehouses across the world and depending on the product, it will be shipped out accordingly from these warehouses.

We are doing our best to reduce costs for our buyers so that you do not have to pay high charges/taxes/premiums to get your items! Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.

Wrong Address : 

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation.

Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.

Marked as delivered:

If an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service in your country (e.g. USPS/Canada Post) to the correct address provided upon ordering but has not successfully arrived to you we will endeavour to resend a replacement order to you.

This is left to the discretion of NewBarkCity.com, however in this specific scenario we cannot issue a refund.

Import taxes / Refusal of package:

We will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances. 

If the order arrives at your country and...

  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package. 

We deserve the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.

Additional dispatch & delivery information

By placing an order, you are responsible for original shipping charges (unless it is free shipping), all applicable custom and duty import fees.

Estimated time of delivery for metropolitan areas is usually faster than to rural or remote areas. Please note that delays to estimated shipping times may occur during peak holiday season. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you email updates about its progress so you when to expect it. If you live in a remote area, your parcel may be forwarded to a local courier service. This will appear on your tracking as a delivery event.

Do note also that on rare occasions custom agencies may delay the delivery of some packages. We are unable to take responsibility should such a delay occur, as the release of the package is at the sole discretion of customs officials. If you have any issues, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

We are unable to guarantee exact delivery time as there may be circumstances that are beyond our control. Nevertheless, we will do everything it takes for you to be a happy customer. We do appreciate your business!
