What’s your return policy?
All sales are final once orders are shipped. We don’t offer returns and exchanges unless there was a mistake on our end. If there’s something wrong with theorder, please let us know by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help to resolve any issues pertaining the order.
Please note that if you request cancellation before order is shipped, there will be a 25% restocking fee.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive damaged items and we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. If this applies, please contact us at email@example.com with photos of damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. To qualify for replacement of damaged items during transit, it must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be processed. Alternatively, we can also offer free exchanges if buyer prefers an exchange instead.
What is your Lifetime Warranty for custom dog harness?
We offer 1 replacement of our custom dog harness anytime if the harness is damaged from normal wear and tear.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges unless we sent an incorrect size or color. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
